Meeting Room Reservations

What is the cancellation policy for meeting rooms?

Reservations that are cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the meeting receive a full refund in the form of credits which can be applied toward future reservations. Day-of reservations are non-refundable.

How many guests can I bring?

For all meeting room reservations, you are welcome to bring as many guests as the room capacity allows. We ask that your guests check in at the front desk when they arrive. If you aren't available to greet them, our front desk staff will greet them and take them to your room.

Do I need to be a member to rent a meeting room?

Membership is not required to rent a meeting room. However, members receive a significant discount on reservations, up to 40% depending on the room and time of day. Contact us for more details.

Can I work in the coworking space after my meeting?

The coworking space is for our members, but we always welcome people to stay and be productive. If you aren't a member plan and you plan to stay for more than 30 minutes after your meeting, we ask that you purchase a day pass or make another reservation.

Can I host an event for 20+ people?

All of our locations have a large, open coworking space which is ideal for larger groups or networking events. We can accomodate these types of events in the evenings or on weekends. Contact us for details.

Technology / Amenities

Do your meeting rooms have video conferencing?

Yes, all of our meeting rooms which have a capacity of 4 people or greater come with high-definition TVs which can be connected to a computer or mobile device via an HDMI cable. We provide the HDMI cable, along with a number of adpaters and converters for other video output types. The HDMI cable along with power outlets are conveniently located in the center of our meeting room tables. We do not, however, provide computers for meetings.

May I drink the coffee? May my guests?

Yes, we provide complimentary Dunn Brother’s coffee in our breakroom!

Do my guests or I need to pay for parking?

No, parking is free at all of our locations.

How does the internet work?

Access to our secure, high-speed Wi-Fi via our Guest Network is included with any meeting room rental. Members receive personal Wi-Fi accounts with enterprise-grade security including individualized encryption. Wired ethernet connections are also available in many of our meeting rooms.

Will I be able to print and copy?

Our members have direct access to our secure printer via their RFID card, making it easy to copy, scan, and print page sizes up to 11” x 17”. Non-members can ask our Concierge for assistance to print and will be charged standard printing rates in addition to a small service fee.
